7. Payment Terms

In no event shall Neatpostulate’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or Neatpostulate. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Neatpostulate may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the services after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
